Ok guys whats up? I am new to the site for having a name but have been reading post for a few years now. I just dont know what to do anymore. Here is my problem. I am a 25yr old former fball I have been lifting seriously for around 11 years. I try to make it to the gym atleast 5 days a week and I DO balance my workouts. Ok with that said here are my stats.
6'2 340lbs (not blubber just big)
Squat-590
Bench-470
So as you can see the power is there as well as the muscle. Ok here is my problem I dont play ball anymore and have been trying for the past year to get "cut" and loose all this excess body fat I was carrying around for football. I have tried diet after diet. Some traditonal, some crazy and honestly nothing seems to work for me. And yes before you ask, I do cardio atleast 4 of the days I am in the gym for atleast 45 min to an hour and no I do not eat all junk food. I mean I have thought about some type of cycle before but always thought I could do it on my own. Well I am a dead end and need some assistance. I have thought about taking Winstrol because I dont care to get much bigger or stronger I mean a little bigger (muscle wise) would be ok but its not a priority, like I said I just wanna cut up and loose some of this fat. If anyone can give me some pointers, advice, or lead me in the right direction with either diet's or cycles I should run I am all ears. Thank you
