    I need help haha

    Ok guys whats up? I am new to the site for having a name but have been reading post for a few years now. I just dont know what to do anymore. Here is my problem. I am a 25yr old former fball I have been lifting seriously for around 11 years. I try to make it to the gym atleast 5 days a week and I DO balance my workouts. Ok with that said here are my stats.

    6'2 340lbs (not blubber just big)
    Squat-590
    Bench-470

    So as you can see the power is there as well as the muscle. Ok here is my problem I dont play ball anymore and have been trying for the past year to get "cut" and loose all this excess body fat I was carrying around for football. I have tried diet after diet. Some traditonal, some crazy and honestly nothing seems to work for me. And yes before you ask, I do cardio atleast 4 of the days I am in the gym for atleast 45 min to an hour and no I do not eat all junk food. I mean I have thought about some type of cycle before but always thought I could do it on my own. Well I am a dead end and need some assistance. I have thought about taking Winstrol because I dont care to get much bigger or stronger I mean a little bigger (muscle wise) would be ok but its not a priority, like I said I just wanna cut up and loose some of this fat. If anyone can give me some pointers, advice, or lead me in the right direction with either diet's or cycles I should run I am all ears. Thank you

    Don`t use winstrol infact at this point you likely have too much bf to start cycling. What is your bf%? Also just to let you know winstrol does not burn fat. Diet is the key your problem, layout your daily diet for critique.

    Its actually suprising. At 340lbs I only have 19.8% bf

    Welcome. My suggestion is to head over to the diet forum and post your diet there. Lots of guys there to help and you'll get it looked at more than in this forum.

    I got recruited for strong side defensive tackle. But when I got to college I moved inside to stud tackle (for our base defense) and then when we went in any major pass coverages I went to nose guard.

    Thanks for all your advice guys. I really do appreciate it.

    Last question. Lets say I wanted to take something and was very serious about it. What would be the best combination or best thing to take?
