Sostenon250 @ 500mg a week

I have a pct planned. Nolvadex 2 weeks post last injection.

Do I use a estrogen blocker during? How much? Also how often in my program?


Also I've been advised to just do test first cycle should I try deca

No Deca On the first cycle. What are your stats ? (age, height, weight bodyfat %)

Its recommended to wait until your at least 25 for AAS. Read all the educational stickies there full of knowledge.

I've been weight training since 15 freshman football in high school and kept with it and also I've been serious bodybuilding the last 3 years. I think I've reached my growing potential if that's your concern. What should I expect form a cycle like this how many pounds of muscle mass?

He is right about the age, however like anyone we will all do as we please and it appears as though you have made a decision so... You should always be concerned with estrogenic sides and be prepared for them. If you have easy access then hold off if not then you should purchase in advance just to be prepared. As far as a first cycle if its not too late, I would recommend test and dbol. I would say start with 50mg on training days of dbol for 6 weeks and test for 10-12 weeks. NO ALCOHOL!!! -Dbol will prob make you break out just to forewarn you

Keep your first cycle simple. Minimize your sides and maximize your gains. Test E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks, wait 3 weeks, 4 weeks PCT with nolvadex & clomid 100/50/50/50, 40/20/20/20. Stay away from stacking anything with the Test E. You don't know how the combo will effect your body. You could have bad sides.

This is solid advise for someone of age .
The reason test E was recommended is quad test isn't the most comfortable injection .Not good for first injections. Also you won't know what test isn't favorable to you if sides come your way .
You should never cycle without estrogen blocker on hand . Nolvadex or Anastrozol . Any nipple tenderness or puffiness you start AI . It would be like taking a hiking trip without a first aid kit .

50mg dbol for 6 weeks is too much. 30mg 4weeks is pleny for a first

pct starts 14 days after last shot for long esters and 3days for short esters.

You guys really think that Test E is the best route opposed maybe to Test Prop? Test E is favored in my opinion as well but pinning EOD may not be appealing for a first cycle. Either way you need to make sure that your pins are the right size, and that you aspirate before injection to check for blood. As far as the dbol, its a great way to put on size, and doesnt require another injection. I actually used it when I was 23 on my first cycle 50md/day with deca (not a fan of deca without test now knowing). I put on a solid 25-30lbs I dont recall exactly now hell that was 6 years ago. You will need to make sure your diet is on point also. Lots of good calories and protein for size.

I disagree NEVER hold off on getting all your pct on hand first, always have it on hand. And i definatly think you should start with test only Bein its your first cycle And you are also learning how your body is going to react during cycle

test prop would be eod test e every 3.5 days what r u telling him
disregard all other posts, wait till your at least 25yrs old and then look into a cycle
