hi, i am 5'11", 270, 15# bf, i train hard 5 days a week , walk run 4 mile a day, and i am trying to get below 10% body fat,
i am currently eating brown rice, chicken and tuna ,minimize breads and pastas, i eat salads as much as i can, red meats and lots of water, i dont intake any protien drinks, or creatines , i wanted to get on some juice , but i never took them before.
Can you guys help steer me on a more strict diet to attain my goals.
