I'm totally with alpmaster. I love circuit training but with a twist. I train fighters so I do a lot of plyometrics for power. Really great cardio, endurance, strength, and power. I'm not a body builder per say but I'm 5' 11" 200lbs and is lean enough to carry a six pack, sort of. I'm 50 so I get a little slack in my class. LOL Circuit training will burn fat. You can alternate days between lifting for strength and circuit training. Punching the bag is a great cardio workout. I'd rather punch the bag over running on the treadmill.
