Hey everyone. I'm 24, 220 lbs and 5'7.. I dunno My BF%.. but im prettty fat haha.
I do cardio everyday for 45min after work, some moderate lifting.. I take Creatine and drink protein shake in the morning and couple hours before bed.. My Diet is mostly High Protein/Low Carb. Chicken.. Tuna some Salad/Veggies/Fruits.
Should I stop taking Creatine if I take Clen or Clen+T3?
Is it better for to take Clen/T3/Cardio/Diet or Will Clen itself do the work + Cardio/Diet?
Any Advice, or Info where to get Clen/T3 would be great.. Thanks for reading.
