    Need some suggestions

Hi to all, A little about my self I'm 27 years old 5'11 and 250 pounds about 30%body fat. I've decided it's time for a change, so I would appreciate some help and suggestions on diet, and work-out routines. I'm looking to put on muscle and drop body fat. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx

Welcome Couple of key points to get you started: Diet is 80% of making the change, training is 20% - but both aid each other in every single way.
