    My 11 week transformation

Well it's finally over. Thought you might want to see some before and after pics. It's the final result of 11 weeks of eating and training right. It was hard as hell to keep to a strict diet, but it payed off in the end.

It was this past Saturday. I won the middleweight mens juniors, and the overall. I also did the masters and came in 3rd.

I weighed in Friday night at 176lbs. Sat morning I was probably around 172. I weighed Monday night and I was already back up to 190lbs.

Great job Zapp. You look shredded. I get to start dieting Dec. 1st. At least I'll have Thanksgiving, but no Xmas cookies for me.

You look great, and congrats on your win. I love reading about all you guys. This will be my first show in March, and I've never been much of a dieter. You inspire me though. I want to feel the way I'm sure you felt at the end of all this. Plus, I'm sure the meal after the show made the wait worth while.

Had friends there, but they didn't bring a camera. I ordered the dvd of the show, so at least I will be able to see how I looked. They will have pics up in a week or so from the show on scbodybuilding.com. They said they will post the judges scores also.

To make it simple....I eat a cup of oatmeal when I get up. Through out the day at work I eat chicken and broccoli. I buy the Tyson chicken tenders (frozen) 2.5 lb bag. I like those because they have less fat in them. (no rib meat). I bake the whole bag before I go to work in the morning, and it's gone before I get home. I also steam a a bag of frozen broccoli to go with it. When I get home I eat another cup of oats, and a can of tuna. After working out I eat another cup of oats and a protein shake. I would also take flax at 9:00am and 12:00 pm at lunch. That's it bro, thats what I ate for 12 weeks. Every day, day after day.

I like your diet bro, your eating carbs more than once or twice a day which is def good for the energy levels in the gym. So many people thinkthat the only way to get shredded is like 60 grams of carbs in the morning and the only other carbs in the form of PWO sugars. And I may have said it b4 but......you look YOKED!!!! nice work!!!

Damn, wow thats a nifty diet! I ate nothing but tuna, water, protein, and flaxseed oil... for a very very long time.... dropped weight like a hot potatoe..or a similie..!

Hey, would anyone mind if i scanned in a diet that a friend of mine gave me? He was a mr pennsylvania i believe, and now he is 50, and looks great! So would it be okay if i did that, or would that be bad. It's a nice diet.. gave it to me on a 5X8 card

Anyhoo, good job again Mr. Zapp! Raise the roof!

Looks like your body transforms fast. That looks like a 1 year transformation, not 11 weeks. Excellent job, and well done.

Plan on doing the Excaliber in Charleston SC, Aug of 06. Gonna train all year for this one instead of 11 weeks. I will start bulking in Jan, and start cutting in mid May.

Competitor to competitor: This is good plan man.

I'd advise you to set definate goals for the specific time slots so no time is wasted during the year.
