Your best bet is to get advice from a forum like this one, instead of some crap ass wordpress blog.
Love the 3 week cycle rule and how they medically explain why. NOT! Obviously they dont know ish, probably never cycled either!

8 week cycles is more heard of, but 3 weeks? .. my shvt doesnt even kick in bye then.

The sad part is some kid is out there reading that and taking it as Gospel.
I see what the article is trying to say. And in theory it is promoting the good.
The 3 week cycle would be ideal for something very, very short, like Suspension.
With Suspension you could very well do a 3 week on 3 week off cycle for a few months. As a matter of fact, people do. Several fighters use this method to gain muscle while maintaining explosiveness and speed.
But for a newbie that's a sack of sh!t.
