How do you know who to trust on this site?

When it comes to all the question about steriods how do you know who to trust? and what they saying is real ? I am new to the site and new forums at all. I came on here to learn about steriods but don't wont bogus info. So how do you tell the real from the fake on here? I have read a lot of the warning about scammers but when it comes to just basic questions how can you tell if the guy who answers your question knows what he is talking about ?

This site is full of very good information, there are loads of members who are very knowledgeable in all aspects of bodybuilding, there are loads of stickies at the top of every section which will give you some excellent information and is 100 % correct.

Also what you get from a forum is different views and methods which have worked for that individual, so take everything in and learn from everyone and if someone is leading you onto something bad or in the wrong way normally guys will come in and put them right and you, most of all enjoy the ride.

Peoples own experience of using compounds,
And if any novice gives bad advice there will be a MOD/VET on hand to correct them and give the best advice to there knowledge...

1) Do the research for yourself and you wont have this issue.

2) Generally the people you want to listen to are MODS, VETS, and senior members who have the following.

2 years membership
Have over 1000 quality posts
Have stickies or works published
Well respected by others

Thats who you should be taking advice from. But if you still feel unsure, see the #1.

Ii have learned a lot from this site. And I have also got a ton of help as well. In fact most people still come back to this site for help. And also support to.

nothing is sugar coated on here, if you post something that makes no sense you will need to get your facts straight and then post again.

I find that most people will not tell you one way or the other on what to do or not to do, only comment on it. But seriously so far this was the best site out there and you will find everyting you need here.

Post count means nothing to me. I've seen a couple cats come in here for knowledge about PCT, or how to put an extra spike to their already jacked up cycle; and they were talking well above many peoples head. I specifically remember Big being the only one (or available one) who could help this one guy. But like War said, do your own research first then listen. It's usually majority decisions around here on most subjects +/- a few.

Its not just posts. Any whore can go into the lounge and post 10,000 posts in 6 months. Its quality you should look at.

I spend a lot of time in Q&A and the PCT forums. But i also go into the lounge. Id say its probably like 5000 in Q&A and PCT, and the rest in the lounge.

So again, look for the guys who post quality stuff. Not just post count.

What if you don't have the experience to make the quality post? I know a lot about lifting and building but not as much as people that have been doing it for x amount of years. I only been taking it serious for like 5 years now.

yeah post count means fuk all.......if your getting advice of a certain person..take a look at there previous posts if itl make you feel better............and do your own research then youl be able to know who is giving good info and who is not.......

Best advice is to do your own research the best you can, then when you have a question ask it and if something sounds wronge, ask for greater explanation, the best thing to do is educate yourself.

Yea I have already done a lot of research myself and read everything I could about the things I am interested in taking.
