    Kind of hard to tell from the first small picture, how much of a difference is there before and after? When you look in the mirror, can you just instantly tell? You already were pretty damn big, so did you really get that much bigger? I'm planning on my first cycle this summer and I've been wondering how it'll be.

    Thanks E i measured my arms after i did arms and tris and they were 17inches lol j/k they were 21 1/4 thts what the gym owner measured them at.
