No. OTC crap is not going to help. You need actual AIs.

Would this impact your expected gains? can you please give me an example how to administrate this kind of protection?
To answer your question, yes, it is possible for an AI and Nolva to effect your gains, somewhat. In my experience, people dramatically exaggerate the loss of gains when using an AI. IMO, if you know you are ERSE prone, it is a better idea to sacrifice possible gains, rather than develop side effects. Some people dont agree, and thats fine.
Most people who are ERSE prone, will usually run an AI alongside their cycle throughout to minimize gains. A small dose such as .25mgs EOD of Adex is generally what i recommend. If sides are still persistent, a bump in dosage is fine.
4- My BMR = 66 + (13.7 x 77) + (5 x 177) - (6.8 x 32) = 1788.3
So the Total Calorie Needs = BMR x Activity Factor (mine is Moderately Active 1.55 = Workout 3-5 days/week)
Total Calorie = 1788.3 x 1.55 =
2772 Calories (to maintain my current weight) and the macros looks like: Carb 277g Protein 277g Fat 60g but i guess 2772 Calories for me is way too much, so
can someone confirm if this is correct? the reason behind my question is that i feel that i gain weight using the 2770 Calories
277Gs of Carbs? No way that is correct. I would get into the diet forum after we are done with this discussion.
5- Any recommendation about the best way in addition to adjusting my diet to get rid of the 3-4% BF? I workout one day and rest the next day, during warm-up and before i workout, i do 15 minutes Cardio (medium intensity).
Again, hit the diet forum. And then the workout forum for advice there.
6- I always feel confused about what will my
workout looks like when i start my 1st cycle! so can you give me an example, Am i supposed to
focus more on the form or i should forget about the form and
focus on adding more weights?
Form is always important. Again though from the sound of your inexpeirence, you are probably not ready for this cycle.
