    BF% and other questions...

    1st Cycle thoughts:

    1-12 Weeks Test E @ 250mg x 2 times per week

    PCT:
    ----
    14-17 Novla 40/20/20/20
    14-17 Clomid 100/50/50/50

    I think since it is my 1st cycle, i need to know exactly how my body will react/recover from using only Test E, so i will not use an AI or SERM during the cycle as a protective measure against estrogen side during the cycle, but i will have them in hand just in case issues appear also i am not planning to use HCG just to see how my boys will react

    So;
    1- what do you recommend for an AI? Timing & Doses?
    2- do you recommend any changes in the PCT mentioned above?
    3- Is it okay to start 1st cycle @ 15-16% BF?

    - 2 Years continuous training
    - Age: 32
    - Height: 1.77 m (5'9.7")
    - Weight: 77.0 kg (169.4 lb)
    - BF% Start of Aug09: 19 % - End of Sep09: 15-16 %

    1) Adex. If youre not going to run it during the cycle, better have extra Nolva on hand as well.
    2) PCT looks good.
    3) No. You should drop to at least 12% before starting. Especially since you dont wan to run an AI during the cycle for estrogen control.

    Also, youre only 170lbs? Thats a red flag for diet issues.

    1- Please share with me why do you prefer Arimidex over Aromasin as lately i have seen many recommending Aromasin?

    2- Also, i have 6-OXO can i use it as the AI if needed instead of Aromasin or Arimidex?

    3- I see many cycles where low doses of Novla & Aromasin or Arimidex are used, does this for fighting estrogen even before side starts to show? but i have a concern here; Would this impact your expected gains? can you please give me an example how to administrate this kind of protection?

    4- My BMR = 66 + (13.7 x 77) + (5 x 177) - (6.8 x 32) = 1788.3

    So the Total Calorie Needs = BMR x Activity Factor (mine is Moderately Active 1.55 = Workout 3-5 days/week)

    Total Calorie = 1788.3 x 1.55 = 2772 Calories (to maintain my current weight) and the macros looks like: Carb 277g Protein 277g Fat 60g but i guess 2772 Calories for me is way too much, so can someone confirm if this is correct? the reason behind my question is that i feel that i gain weight using the 2770 Calories

    5- Any recommendation about the best way in addition to adjusting my diet to get rid of the 3-4% BF? I workout one day and rest the next day, during warm-up and before i workout, i do 15 minutes Cardio (medium intensity).

    6- I always feel confused about what will my workout looks like when i start my 1st cycle! so can you give me an example, Am i supposed to focus more on the form or i should forget about the form and focus on adding more weights?

    Adex is a mild AI. We want to reduce the amount of estrogen in our bodies, but not eliminate it completely.

    No. OTC crap is not going to help. You need actual AIs.

    To answer your question, yes, it is possible for an AI and Nolva to effect your gains, somewhat. In my experience, people dramatically exaggerate the loss of gains when using an AI. IMO, if you know you are ERSE prone, it is a better idea to sacrifice possible gains, rather than develop side effects. Some people dont agree, and thats fine.

    Most people who are ERSE prone, will usually run an AI alongside their cycle throughout to minimize gains. A small dose such as .25mgs EOD of Adex is generally what i recommend. If sides are still persistent, a bump in dosage is fine.

    277Gs of Carbs? No way that is correct. I would get into the diet forum after we are done with this discussion.

    Again, hit the diet forum. And then the workout forum for advice there.

    Form is always important. Again though from the sound of your inexpeirence, you are probably not ready for this cycle.

    Thanks WAR, i guess i would listen and wait until i adjust my diet and workout plan.

    Edit1: for the macros part, it is 40/40/20 so why do you think it is wrong? i was mainly not sure that 2772 calories is correct as i feel that i gain weight at this maintenance value!

    Edit2: that is the current macros, however this will be P50% C30% F20% during the cycle, would this clear your concern?
