well i was very commited about goin to the gym..but lately been lagging becuase of my car and other bullshit that life throws at you...but i started workin out like a maniac beginning of this year my tats where
6"3 at 175lbs
then when done i was at 6"3 at 196lbs
, i went to the gym everyday from about 8:30pm to 11:00pm sometimes longer for about 5 months..in june i stared goin gradually like 2x a week maybe for sum real drama in my life..and have not been in since july..
but now am very commmited and want to run a d-bol cycle..the thing is i just got off an omnevol cycle and am currently done wit pct..so how long should i wait and start this cycle..or should i hit the gym for 1 month commited and then run a cycle or just jump str8 into the cycle??
