I'm in week 7 and starting to get ACNE... WTF

Well, I had acne issues when I was younger and took Accutane about 10 years ago and haven't had any issues since. I don't ever want to go on the Accutane again if I don't have to. That being said I'm on week 7 of a 12 week Test C only cycle and I just started getting acne. Nothing too bad yet. I have one zit on my chest, one on my neck, and a small one under my nose. I'm hoping this is all I'm going to get and that it won't be getting much worse. I've been washing with an Acne face wash now for the past few weeks and will start using Dawn on my chest and back when showering to keep the skin dry. Should I start taking a B vitamin supplement? Do you think the acne will stay how it is now with just a few zits here and there or does it typically get worse as the weeks go by?

    Thanks,
    Pete

ldex helps me keep my acne in check. I dont even use it until I start breaking out then I jump on and it gets back in check.

I don't get acne anywhere expect my shoulders, and I usually get that during the PCT.

PCT = worst for hormonal influx.

I just run accutane at a low dosage throughout the entire cycle to avoid acne!

You can get some pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)
    - run it 10 or 15mg (week 1)
    - 3mg maintenance

I had the same issue when i went on Deca cycle 10 years ago. Had to get rid of the acne with Accutane. I never ever used to get any acne until then. But even now i get it sometimes here and there. Its a permanent side effect for me. Freakin deca.

yo pete! I started getting acne over the past few days to! Actually, yesterday I had a few tiny red zits on each of my delts, and today I have like a dozen on each delt! It seems to only be bad on my delts. I have a few random ones on my chest and back now, nothing major. Also, I got a big one that I had to pop on the back of my right thigh! real weird. Never had a zit there before lol. Looks like the gear is really starting to work! I started week 6 yesterday. Where r u at?

Did you have issues with acne when you were younger? I'm hoping that because I took Accutane that it will keep things in check. Most of mine are gone already which is great. I can deal with a few here and there but not a ton at a time. Glad things are starting to work for you. How is your strength and weight? I'm 5lbs. away from hittting 200lbs. and I'm hoping I can do it in the next 5 weeks.

Try tanning...and showering 2-3 times daily.

Antibiotics work for me if I start to get bad break outs.

I keep Keflex/cephalexin on-hand for this reason and also in-case of a possible site injection infection.

Keflex works better then tetracycline on acne with me for some reason.

    Exposure to UV light

Lying in the sun or going on a sunbed gets rid of 100% of pimples for me (I'm not exaggerating, they all disappear). Maybe other people will have different results, but definitely it's worth a try.
