    Angry diet

    anyone can assist with maximum fat loss with strength and weight gain, whats best to use? also fat burners best for energy?

    Post up your diet and we can go from there you are leaving too little info out.
    As far as fat burners i suggest staying away from them and let the diet dictate the fat loss.After you plateau then kick in the fat burners to get you over the"hump"....TOPHER

    thnks for response, i am eating heavy trying to gain weight lots of beef,steak,olive oil,whole grains,fruit and protein shakes, t enathat 450mg a week and eq 450mg a week winny 100mg a day, no cardio except grappling and wrestling,i take atro_phex by bsn for energy boost,whats best for energy? also using no x plode

    THE best thing for energy is proper diet,no exceptions! You still didnt post up a diet you just told me what you ate. In order to help i need alot more than given!Watch these videos then post back up....TOPHER

    protein shake in morn with bannana oat meal juice, 2nd meal 3-4 eggs with half bagel, 3RD greek yogur, 4th meal left over such as flank steak with spinach n olive oil,strawberrys, before gym muscle milk light with apple, after gym muscle milk light or protein shot with 5-8 gummy bears, dinner flank steak,or lean sirlion with sweet potato or ,pub burgers 1%chesse,fat free mayo, ground sirlion with whole grain pasta etc, then cassein shake with bannana before bed, what about ephedra, i get real sleepy at work lots of sitting around and same ol same ol

    We are getting somewhere now what about your stats? age height weight? and your goal is to gain more weight? Do you want bodybuilder weight or football weight?

    5"7 bout 193 30 yrs old im very strong want a little of both worlds want to keep power n mass, keep gaining weight but not in belly area, im bout 13 prcnt body fat

    I would say stay away from the ephedra,if you are wanting to lose bodyfat do cardio in the am. Please dont tell me that you are one of those people that thinks taking a pill to help with a problem is the way to go!!!! It seems to me you are,due to your diet being very poor and you are on 3 different compound AASs! This will help you get started better....TOPHER
