    I Nutted it up and posted some pics...

    Well, happy new years and merry christmas to all. Got a dvcam for my girl for christmas and decided to take a few pics.
    Remember:
    I basically haven't lifted due to a cuff injury in a month or so and only did legs sporadically because I fell down the F*N stairs and F*D my toe up so I struggle to do heavy squats etc.
    But, I'm like 175 ish right now I've lost alot and my AB yes singular AB is getting larger because my 4500 cal a day diet caught up to me Fast! but monday I should be back to the gym. and 200 by my wedding day July 4th, hopefully my 1st cycle in a month or so. Majorpecs and Buff I've cycled vicariously through you guys and well I hope to get it done soon! I know I look TERRIBLE! I eat right work out hard and heavy and well the growth fairy skipped my pool! But I still kill it everytime I'm in the gym!

    How are you trying to post your picture?

    You need to attach the image file by either browsing through or linking from your webspace.

    Or is the image too large? feel free to send it to me and I can size it down for you...

    I'm trying to use the IMG button. I guess that's not right though? How should I load the pic into this thread?

    5-10 / 33 / 175-180
    I started lifting, involountarily, in 5th grade. Up until I got hit with the injury bug a month or so a go. I was eating about 3800 to 4500 calories a day trying to bulk for my 1st cycle.
    My workout is: mon - legs/ tues - chest/ wed - back - calves/thursday - shoulders-quads/fri - arms- hams.
    I try to lift heavy for reps of 10 - 12. I get back on the horse on monday and I can't wait! my goal is 200 by July 4th (wedding day) 225 by the following year. Would love to compete someday. I'm totally addicted to working out and trying to build a pro type physic.

    Looking real good. Looks like you'll hit your goal by July. Congrats on the wedding too.

    4500 cal. a day? that's a lot. what are you eating? what's you diet like? and you say it cauht up with you? what do you mean?

    Hey brother... Looking good... You definitely have the base to work with...

    Looks like arms are your strong point nice peak on the bi's and in the one shot you have a nice sweep to your tri's too... They stand out... Legs look like you have some thickness too in the one shot... Traps and delts look defined in the most muscular pose...


    I'd concentrate on some heavy back and chest work... Still work everything else out real hard, but put more energy into those 2 areas for 3 months or so and you'll be on you way bro....
