    breakdown / injection issue

    500mg / week test e (mon,wens,friday) i was told to run test. Exactly how do you break that down? Wouldn't that equal out to 166.66? Or is it 250mg every 3 days? (which breaks down into 750mg a week)

    Secondly, confused about injection.
    - 1mg = 1cc
    - Doing the proper research i came across this :

    "How many ccs can I shoot in one place? It depends on how big you are. A general guideline is 1cc for delts, 2cc for quads, and up to 3ccs for glutes. Some do more, some do less......it all depends. After a cycle or two, you will know what your body can handle. If you are injecting into other muscles such as biceps, triceps, or calves, it's best to start off with a small volume and work your way up."


    If im running the 250mg x 3/week, obviously im not a pincushion. How does that make sense, exactly? Maybe im over thinking this whole thing but i want to make sure before i actually do it, unlike some idiots.

    Just shoot test E twice per week say mon/thurs.

    1cc does not equal 1mg. On the label of the gear it will tell you...most commonly Test E is dosed at 250mg/ml (1ml=1cc)

    to shoot 500mg/week of test e, you would shoot 250mg twice a week, no reason to break it into 3 weekly shots.
    1ml = 1cc, I think that's what's confusing you.
    what are your stats and what is your pct?

    2x a week is fine. 1cc which is 250mg Mon and Thurs. What are your stats?

    I have never had issues shooting upto 3ccs into my quads but even still as a novice I would say smaller injections would be better. Do not try out shooting biceps,calves,pecs or anything like that until you have experience with the more basic spots like quads/gluts/delts. A different length pin needs to be used for glute shots.

    1.5" 25Gauge for glute shots, 1" 25Gauge for everywhere else.

    Thank you for pointing that out. It was what confused me - i was rather baffled to be honest.

    Backround :
    - lifting for just over 3 years
    - first thing i did was stop who i started lifting with, throwing weight around doesn't make my dick feel big. I leave my ego at the door, lift with proper form.
    - second diet check, currently cutting. Bulking ontop of bulk metally ****s with my lifts.I have two weeks left on my animal cuts cycle. I'm doing cardio 5am , lifting around 4pm. 2200 kcal , 215 protien / 120 carb / 30 fat. My carbs are either comming from breakfast, then PWO malt/dex.
    - I take animal omaga, and pack. (EFA and multi).
    - I've ran Hdrol, and mdrol - prohormones for those who don't know. Pct was inhibit e, lean xtreme for cort., reversitol.

    weight : 170
    height : 6'0

    Lifts
    squat : 255x5
    bench : 205x5
    dead : 265x5

    After i finish my cutting cycle , ill be taking a week off. I was an idiot, i ran size surge program and didn't take anytime off and now my body is taking a beating.


    Cycle i'll be running :
    10 week 500mg/week test e
    two weeks after my last shot ill be taking 20mg nolva ED for 4 weeks

    I think you need to look at tweaking your diet at 6' and only 170lbs.

    Like i said , im cutting atm. I'm an very easy gainer. I bought IDS smart gainer when i was bulking. With the gainer and food (i'd eat every 2-3 hours alternating carb/fat) i was eating between 3200-3600 calories. I gained alot of fat, maybe it's just me but i can't stand that.

    I'd eat more and work on getting your strength up. Don't worry about a little extra bf.

    Here comes the flame , 20. Don't know my bf% , ill guess 14%?
