    new pics i took today. b/f?

    mine you i took all my suppliments out my diet protein and creatine shakes. just been eating 5 times daily. i also feel i lost some weight but i just tried this diet a member on here did for me and this is what i got so far. anything i need to work on please let me no i will appriciate it. thanks again oh b/f idea

    Superb.....your body fat doesn't really matter anymore, you look perfect and don't let anybody tell you otherwise, although I thought you might be a little bit more vascular, but that might be because you've never used AAS. Anyways dude, when and if you do cycle, post pics!

    thanks for the support fellas. when i used to hear you guys tell the noobs that diet plays a major role in bodybuilding i used to tell myself bs fvck a diet lol. but you could really see the difference when you take the time out and diet. i got to say the advice i got payed off.

    Lookin' 7-8% .... good job!

    also looking somewhat flattened out but to be expected if you're cutting kcals and sticking to clean whole foods will do that

    your upper shest, front delts and traps could do with some thickening.. but overall, you look good and thicker than what I remember from your pics some time back

    let's see some wheels!

    What's up Ty, lol, i remember before you were eating some crappy diet,im glade you got a diet together to see what you can accomplish,you do seem a little thicker, i can't remember totally what your wheels looked like but i don't recall then being to far behind,keep up the good work bro.     for the past couple of weeks my right knee wasnt 100percent so i refraimed from any leg exercises but ill give some pics with in ths week.

    If I recall they were not too bad to begin with just not up to par with the upper body YET. BTW..you know I am not picking on you just holding you to a higher standard because I know what your goals are.

    i know fireguy but i really have to put more emphasize to my legs. while we on the question. can you recommend me a leg exercise
