    Hole in rubber stopper?

This is the second time this has happened to me, when i turn the vial upside down to draw out its leaking out seems like quite a bit, I have been using 18 gauge but it did it this time only the second draw, is it the 18 gauge doing it or am i drawing in too much air creating to much of a vacuum. How critical is this with air getting in to ruin the gear, should i just preload whats left so no air is getting in.

    Try a 21g , 18 is pretty big.

Stick with 21G as for drawing air I draw back the amount i plan on drawing out. So If your drawing 1cc draw 1 cc of air this might help.
