Ok for a while I've been lurking and posting around here. After some sound diet advice from jamy and comp a while back I was able to arrive at my current stats. Now I think I'm ready to join the sith ranks. It'll be a begginer cycle, test e at 500mg/week for 12 weeks and dbol 30mg/day for the first 4 weeks. Here are my stats as of yesterday

I'll be starting in a month or so. I'm gathering the gear now and pct stuff. BTW pct will be nolva at 40/20/20/20 ,ldex at .25mg/day and clomid at 100/50/50. I will run the ldex as soon as I feel any estrogen related sides, acne, bloat, gyno etc. I'll be using 23 gauge 1.5 needles with gluteal injections only on Tuesday and Friday. The dbol will be spread in three dosages of 10mg every 5hrs. Here's my diet
