Testicular Pain!!!! Ouch!!!!

I am 1 week into a 12 week Eq/Sust cycle and I have experience testicular discomfort for the past 3 days. It is a dull pain as if I was lightly hit in the nuts. Not enough discomfort to keep me awake at night or stop sexual activity.
I have noticed that after each injection the discomfort in increased and gradually wears off. Probably due to the Sust half life.
I have done extensive research online and come across a couple of threads and studies but no conclusions were drawn.
Since this is my first time using Eq and Sust is this typical?
Do I need to decrease dosages? Currently dosing 200mg Eq, 250mg Sust twice per wk. (total 400mg Eq, 500mg Sust).
Do I need to discontinue the cycle and see a doctor?
Or is this typical and it will go away in a few more days?

I get the same thing,its all part off the process,
i think basically it means your shutting natty test down
and your gear is real,,,,,,,might need to throw some hcg in this cycle

im gonna be doin exact same cycle although i am using proviron as well from the start... i think hcg is your answer.

As for the pain, I have had the same thing before. No worries, Bro. The pain will go away after your natty test is back in production. I would say use HCG as well but good luck finding it. I have had same issue.

am i reading that you are on a cycle and have no HCG on hand? hmmmm bad choice....... find some HCG and next time I would consider the PCT BEFORE you start.

I'm in the process of finding HCG.
I know Nolvadex has a tendency to decrease gains during the cycle.
But, if I have no luck should I continue to take Nolvadex at 20mg twice daily or Clomid?
I have both on hand.
Or,
Should I discontinue the cycle? And continue with PCT.
Or,
Should I continue with the cycle with no HCG, Nolvadex or Clomid? and rely on PCT.
