whats the longest time u ever stayed on t3 ..

Max I ever done is tapering up from 25mcg,50mcg,75mcg to 100 mcg and tapering down back to 25mcg for 4 days each for 28 days on t3 in total

I'm wondering if I can do longer? I will be stacking it with test and winny btw 12week cycle

And how do you guys take t3.. Empty stomach or with meals? Once a day or split the dosage?

I got the T3 from a well known Hormon Therapy Doctor. This is what he told me and what I have been doing with good results so far (going to 4th week of my cycle):
Mind you, im using T3/T4 so its not as strong as T3 alone so thats why im taking bigger mg so dont be warned:
Day 1, 2, 3 = 400mg
Day 4, 5, 6 = 300mg
Day 7, 8, 9 = 200mg
Day 10, 11, 12 = 100mg
One week off Then repeat.

I asked him why, he said because starting from higher dosage will shut your gland temporarily, then reducing dosage will jump start your own gland and eventually you will reach full recovery by the end of short cycle, then when you start again you will ensure safe recovery. But if you start small then go high, your gland starts fighting initially, then by the time it gives up, you are reducing dosage again so the effect will be less.

This guy runs a seminal twice a year around the world for other doctrs to attend. He is pretty well known for his research so I go with what he said. But everyone has different way. However, they important thing is that you shouldnt stay on T3 for a long time.

PS. I take Clen on the T3 rest week.

There are few experiencd seniors here that know more about T3 so wait for more feedback.

I think that's a little too long..

Frm my previous cycle I have been taking guggulsterones and iodine to aid in thryroid recovery I don't know how much difference will it make.

Id say do a blood test and check your current thyroid status first. Also make sure you adjust your diet as well as amount of test your taking. T3 has a habit of burning anythng to produce energy including muscle. Keep your diet in order while on T3. I persnally stay away from long period as 12 days on, one week off seems reasonable to me.

As I said, im on third week and gone down from 13.7% bf to 12.1% (few days ago). Although im taking T3, clen, Winny and test, im also adjusting my diet as i go along as well as daily cardio and 4 days a week workout.

Try short cycle and test your tolerence and results first. IMO

Why the **** would you advice someone to take 400mcg of t3 at one time, that could possibly be DEADLY. You should be banned for this. Please take your fictional doctor friend and go ruin your own life somewhere else

To the OP: Ignore this person. As for the t3, it is the same concept as any other hormone. Taking medications containing it will eventually stop your own production of the given hormone, and if you do it to long there is a possibility you will not be able to start your own production again.

The idea was for him to see how to use his own dosage not to copy mine.

T3/T4 is not as strong as T3 solo. I was given this dosage by a Doctor specialisd in Thyroid but I guess since you dont bother reading all my post, you prob know more than him!
