First day of PCT, how much clomid/nolva??

My first cycle looks like this

wk 1-10: 500mg Test E
wk 12: 100mg clomid ed+ 40mg nolva ed
wk 13-16: 50mg clomid ed+ 20mg nolvaed

My question is, how much should I take of nolva and clomid on my first day of PCT? as I understand you load your first dose?

Im looking to throw Dbol in there for the first 4 weeks 30 mg ED, what you think? I also thinking of using HCG during cycle at 500 I.U.

PCT dose looks good to me, thats the doses i run. no need to load your 1st dose

Clomid=100/50/50/50
nolva=40/20/20/20
HCG I use @ 250 iu's X 2 wk. Depends on the cycle.

Dump the dbol first go around.

Your PCT should start 2 weeks after your last shot, by your example is shows last shot at the end of week 12 (which would be start of week 13) so you should be starting PCT on week 15.

When I say week 12 I mean "Thursday" of week 12, since my last shot was on Thursday of week 10
