My girlfriend has recently decided she would like to alter her diet and start eating her meals more spaced out over the course of the day, instead of 3 square meals....... The problem is she is a vegitarian, and is already not taking in enough protine.....
She wanted me to check around and see if anyone had some suggestions of different meals she could include, and also any suggestions to up her protine intake..... she just starte using soy protine...... she eats peanuts.... and eggs occasionally......
