If you inhibit 5AR and Aromatase... where does TEST go?

If you use a 5ar blocker like finasteride and a AI like arimidex where does your test go?

As you know 5AR's raise overall test since they cant down convert to DHT via 5AR leaving a higher over all level to aromatase to estrogen thus raising estrogen levels and in rare cases (not in steroid users) it causes gyno.

Additionally I think using an AI could pose the same problem in creating more DHT for hair fall out, but I dont have direct evidence, just seems like it would make sense.

So if were inhibiting both those enzymes by what method does testosterone get rid of itself?

I was going to open a thread for this. Are there any issues here? Seems like blocking DHT and Estrogen could cause problems. I'm worried about having a ton of estrogen though; I'm on Avodart. Anyone know? Experience?

It either binds to the androgen receptor or is metabolized by the liver or other cells via other enzymes in the steroidogenesis pathways.

Yea bigger muscles! Just kidding. But seriously, there is a danger in reducing estrogen too much. We need estrogen for a lot of things, which is why it is a good idea to use a-dex as it will not completely eliminate estrogen. To answer the first question, MuscleScience hit it on the head.

other than possibly having bigger muscles, no. You might actually be causing a more anabolic environment by leaving more testosterone as testosterone. But then again maybe not. As you remember estrogen causes glut-4 receptor uptake helping you store water and glycogen in the muscle as well as creatine. Thats a better environment for anabolism. The moister the better. Estrogen also causes androgens to work better in the muscle, which is another reason why cattle ae given estrogen in there trenbolone implants.
DHT, is an important hormone for neuromuscular activity and powerful muscle contractions as well as agression. Limiting that might make your workouts less intense and perhaps wont recruit as many muscle fibers and then wont have as much growth stimulus. So you see estrogen and DHT are both kinda indirectly anabolic.
But, if you did inhibit both, you have a ton more of testosterone which is directly anabolic...but not a whole lot of DHT and estrogen to potentiate it. So which is better? Who knows, it might kinda even out. The difference? One way might save your hair and your tits...though your on more drugs overall, and will have less sex drive(dht AND estrogen play roles in men there) The other, you will be on less drugs overall, might lose hair, and might get tits, and sex drive will most likely be higher.
My take? Try to get away with as little aromatase in inhibition as you can...and GET THE FVCK OFF OF AVODART OR PROPECIA. 5-ar inhibitors are BAD news and some guys have PERMANENT SEXUAL side effects for yyears after stopping even when testosterone levels are normal. It can produce a strnge kind of hypogonadism that they cant account for yet. There is a site called "propeciahelp.com" i think, and all these guys are messed up from it. Granted your on avodart/dutasteride not propecia/finasteride....but dutasteride is STRONGER than propecia. Go look it up and get off it. It messed me up for months but i came back...some dont. Iv decided i dont care if i go bald, Im gonna be huge, bald, and be able to have sex. Its either that or dont juice. Please look into that site

I've been on for 4 months and my libido is higher than when I started. How long did it take you to lose sex drive? I have heard of, at the most, it taking about 4 months to kill sex drive. I have been monitoring this, as well as gyno, since starting.

If I need to stop, I will. A lot of people don't have sides and those that do, most of their sides reverse when coming off the meds. I have heard of irreversible libido drop and gyno, but many more report success.

I also have not lost any intensity in the gym or harness in muscles, but I am starting to see some regrowth in hair. Thanks for all the info. I appreciate you trying to help me out. I am going to stay on it though, but believe me, I am well aware of the risks and will stop taking it at the first sign of a problem.
