    Stacking masteron and anavar together for a women

    Im 19 female and have been taking Anavar by itself for 4 weeks now. im taking 15mg a day split into morning and night doses. Im not growing as much as i would like to. I have some masteron sitting in my room getting lonely so i was going to add that and take both for 3 weeks hoping that would encourage my growth?
    Yes i know mast can cause masculine side effects for women but i am watching that and if i do see something occur i will discontinue the use of it.


    I was thinking of taking 10mg of anavar everyday and take 25mg of Masteron every 3 days?
    The var is 20mg per ml and the mast is 100mg per ml

    Are you asking about whether or not you should add it for three weeks? A lot of women I have talked to usually do it for 6-8 weeks but they are all serious competitors and I do not know what your goals and stats are. The dose you are taking is on the low end of the spectrum but I would say it will still give you some results, once again, depending on your stats. Anavar and mast have given many women great results so if you aren't getting where you want I would suggest re-evaluating your diet and nutrition, or your expectations. Only you can decide which one is wrong.

    Courtesy of a member named Warmouth on these forums, it turns out he agrees with the duration but changed it up a little depending on what ester you have. I would've said 100mg a week split into two doses. But 50mg should be just fine, the lower dose should really be run for at least the 6-8 weeks since you wouldn't be running as much.

    "MASTERON

    Masteron is one of those compounds that I personally am on the fence about for women. Ive heard of women using it, but never have seen first hand. I would imagine there could besome virilization with masteron if used in moderate to higher doses. It is known to cause pre-mature hairloss in men, but for women, I'm ignorant and just dont know. Maybe some of you can chime in here. I do know masteron is not used alot by women. There is a propionate ester(short) and an enanthate ester(long).
    Typical Doses for Women:
    For women, unless they like pinning microscopic amounts of AAS multiple times a week, I would recommend the enanthate ester. This could be pinned twice weekly, or even once if wanted. It would also be easier to accurately dose, unless you wanted to use an insulin syringe for the propionate ester. I cant find anything about does for women, but I know men run it from 400-800mgs weekly, so I would guess women would need much, much less. I can only guess(need some help here) but I would say that like Primo, 50-100mgs weekly would be sufficient.
    Typical Duration of Cycle:
    For the propionate ester, 6-8 weeks would be all that was needed. For the enanthate ester, 10-12 should be fine. Be very careful to monitor side effects with this one. I wouldnt use until we get more information on the effects of this certain compounds on women. Side effects could be harsh with this one.
    Additional Supplementation:
    Omegas for sure. Masteron is harsh on lipids for sure. Blood pressure can also be a concern, so like I said, monitor sides."

    Masteron will cause hair loss in men, I would look into this as a side for female use, but have no experience with women and AAS.
    Maybe one of our female vets will chime in.

    I feel like the anavar i got is fake... So im taking the mast with it to see if i grow faster.

    My diet is good. Lots of carbs lots of protein and some fats, 7 meals a day
    1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice 1/2 cup veggies 7 times a day is what my meals consist of.
    As for some fats, ill have a handful of nuts here and there throughout the day.

    I have amino acids during my workout and protein after i finish.
    I do have a fast metobolism and used to be a long distance runner so it does make it harder to put muscle on.

    If you check my other thread can you tell me whether you think my Anavar looks fake??

    Looked at your other thread and I do not have any experience with that product. How long have you been on and what have you gained? Just to set the facts, steroids are not magic and your results are tied directly to nutrition and workouts. Be sure you getting enough lean calories.

    Its shit! I know the mast is real. but the anavar must be fake then?

    Masteron would be a terrible choice for a female. It doesn't even do much for muscle growth.

    And you're only 19, so I feel like you're really getting ahead of yourself.
    How long have you even been training?

    Ive been training for 4 years now. i started when i was about 15-16 aha
    i have a solid background of lifting and ive done my research.
    I dont grow well, no matter how much i eat or how much i train.

    I make sure im getting enough protein carbs and fats per meal for maximum growth
    and drinking lots of chocolate milk cause im on a bulk

    Well, it appears you aren't eating enough for maximum growth seen as you aren't growing.

    No amount of AAS will make up for not eating enough if you want to gain. All you gain because of the AAS will soon be lost after you stop the compounds.

    Eat more until you start gaining. When you stop gaining eat more. Repeat.

    Well if you're expecting huge gains from Anavar you better look elsewhere, it is not bad, but it is not a very powerful substance either. Same goes for mast, I see it used for cutting more than bulking. I would venture to say you have a diet issue if you aren't gaining, whether the Anavar is fake or not.

    Yeah it is great for women, but it is hard to tell if she is expecting too much or not doing something right. I think we need to hear from her some more first.

    I would like to add that anavar and mast are some of the more commonly faked AAS out there so I would be on the look out for that too OP. Still waiting on clarification so me and bona can argue with each other

    I'm not expecting heaps but I was expecting to gain maybe 1kg of muscle over a 5 week period!
    And I've grown 1kg in the past 7 months. So nothing has changed since taking this anavar.
    I do have a good diet most of the time. I make sure I'm getting enough Protein fats and carbs per meal but I do sometimes add se naughty foods here and there. Aha I'm in my bulk so I'm not cutting out all bad thing a just yet

    Were going to need stats. Yeah you definitely should have gained a kg no problem in 5 weeks. Even if your anavar was bunk, you should've gained that from your diet at least. I am going to have to side with Bona and say you should've gained more than that by now but I will also say the problem has to be in your diet. Since you are bulking even throwing in a cheat meal here and there shouldn't hinder you to the extent you are describing. Have you posted your diet in the nutrition section?

    I'll give you as much info as I can aha
    Height: 172cm
    Weight: 63kg
    I train 6 days a week
    Monday chest, Tuesday back, Wednesday legs, Thursday arms, Friday shoulders, Saturday legs

    My legs lag a bit so I'm trying to catch them up.
    I used to be a long distance runner so I'm tall and thin which isn't ideal for muscle building aha.

    My diet consists of
    Meal 1: 4 weetbix with a musashi bulk shake
    Meal 2: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup veggies, 1/2 chicken breast
    Meal 3: same as meal 2
    Meal 4: same as meal 2
    Meal 5: same as meal 2
    Meal 6: same as meal 2
    Meal 7: 3/4 cup rice 1/2 veggies 1/2 chicken breast

    I have a handful of almonds or pistachios with every meal but breakfast.
    I'll also add some chocolate milk in here and there just for some extra calories

    I am no diet expert so I cannot say much as I know just the basics and what I have to do for my own personal body. Do you know your TDEE and your BF%? I cannot comment on the quality of your diet in good conscience but I can comment on the quantity of what you are eating if I have your TDEE. I have never heard of musashi bulk shakes so hopefully someone with more diet knowledge will chime in and help you.

    Just from doing the math in my head it seems like your TDEE is 1600ish give or take but you will have to check out the formulas because some are different for females than they are men, like the Harris Benedict, have you played around with your TDEE and your calorie intake? I am hesitant to comment on your proportions of P/F/Cs because I do not know if women require different proportions than men. I can say that at that ratio you should be gaining weight as long as you are exercising correctly and eating over your TDEE enough. If you were a man trying to bulk I would suggest a little more protein.
