- just gonna put my goals before
Is to basicly increase in size,
I've been training for 5 years, and dieting properly for about 2-3 years, I've done a 12 pound muscles gain in 14 months, and being on disability for 5 months within those 14 months.
But 12 pounds some would say this is amazing, and to keep going because normaly a body dosen't get more then 1 pound per month of lean muscle, but having to wait 3-4 years to reach my goal is killing me.
I've been reading for 3-4 weeks about AAS's and considering I don't wanna lose my ability to bang girls on a daily basis and having too inject myself with HRT's.
Then I also read that insulin promotes you're AAS's ability to help you're strenght/growth, ect..
My stats for those who are wondering is
23 years old,
187 lbs / 13.7% bodyfat (last year 165 pounds, 10%bf
I train 5 days on, 1 day off,
I do 1 muscle every day / Don't workout legs <--- which I should but my legs are bigger then the rest of my body so I'm trying to get the rest to catch up, also I do hockey and running to keep my legs in shape,
My calorie intake is around 4-5k, I get 350g's of protein in + , and load rest carbs / fats.
I was wondering you guys intake on this subject, considering AAS has more potential side effects then insulin, and basicly if you use insulin properly and don't abbuse it, the only side effects that should happend to you're body is having low hypo,
the most serious problem with insulin would be you're pancreas stoped producing a normal level of insulin by itself and you would get diabetes,
also read at some places that insulin increases you're GH level,
Also injecting insulins makes you're cell store more carbs/proteins, increase the muscle growth processes.
I also need to read some books on biologie to find out what is affected when you're insulin levels are increases which glands get affected, and see if there is anything else that could get affected by injecting insulin on a 3 weeks on / off for 15 weeks.
injecting 5 UU for first week post-workout, and morning when I wake up, if everything goes well to up the intake to 10 UU for next 2 weeks,
Would appreciate any input, and I don't care if I'm too young for AAS.
