200lbs
lifting for 4 yrs
bf - 10 percent
500mg/wk test E, monday - thursday shots, 10 wks
60mg/day winnie 1 - 8 wks
pct nolva 40/40/20/20
thats all i have planned, wanted to gain a little bit not to much but also keep
the bf down, was thinking of throwing in some var there also but im open to any suggestions
