    bf estimate

    hey guys, i know my bf is high. just wondering what you think it is... after fracturing my back last year i lost a loft of muscle and am just getting back to working out. thanks and go easy on me haha

    I`m going to say 23% or so but that is a guess and my no means scientific.

    my legs are a lot leaner than the rest of my body... my fat is mostly around my stomach, chest and neck/face

    The benefit is you can make visible progress with Diet and Cardio .

    Don't worry about a percent number .

    Start back slow and keep with it . If your hitting weights , scales may not be as friendly as muscle you add weighs more than fat . Just be patient .

    ya i dont care about the % and weight numbers... i juat want to see the physical change. right now im following the anabolic workout on this site, except for the days that im suppod to let my body rest im doing an hour of cardio. Im also taking the supp. called animal cuts, which i heard is supposed to be dfor cutting fat
