On a short cycle I know I am not going to blow up, I just want some solid gains that I can keep. What type of cycles should I be looking at if I am planning on pinning for 6-8 weeks and running PCT is really as long as it needs to be?
My job doesn't really let me take on a long cycle like I would really like to. I could get two good short cycles in with plenty of recovery before I deploy late next summer. Once I'm over there I don't think I will be able to get any gear, I'm pretty sure they check our mail regularly. So I want a really good solid base to lift hard with while I am over there.
