dont know if this can be answerd on here ....

I have really bad itchyness, im pretty sure its not prickle heat. my problem is, when ever i break a sweat, get hot, anything even odd time when im smashing the granny out of a fit lass...or it could be just running up my stairs. i start to itch when doing cardio at the gym its like 1000s of little bee stings all over my body, and i scratch like f*ck. it usually lasts about ten mins and then faids. been to docs all they will give me is some hayfeever tabs. iv gone throught every different powder (washing machine) so i know its nothing im washing my clothes in.

Anyone know of any creams ect i could use to deal with this??

are you sure its not your municipal water supply???? sometime chlorine will cause this reaction.....if you have a water well ..... your chlorinator might be set to high......bleach will also cause this......soft water can also cause this due to the soap to water ratio you are using...if you use soft water you are sappose to use not 1 cut but a 1/4 of a cup.....might consider some of these.....

Dry skin, dry weather and low humidity are the most common reason people experience itching while exercising. Dry, cold winter air is responsible for most of this seasonal skin irritation. This is also the eaiest irritation to treat, by using a good moisturizer before exercising or a cortizone cream may help.

Hmm not sure if it will help, but in my wrestler days I used to get some sort of similiar discomfort - try putting gold bond powder on your chest / arms / anywhere else you get the sensation. It worked for me.

    Good luck.

Would definately see an allergist...definately. Do you use the gyms towels at the gym?

unless you're planning on going through allergist immunization injections each day for the next 4 - 5 years I would not go this route.

I did allergy injects as a kid (I have extremely severe allergies to very common air-born particles.) and let me tell you they are utter hell. The first 2 months are injections EACH DAY, and the reactions your body have to the compound are awful.

I had the doctor constantly dropping my dosage DOWN (even though you're supposed to taper up with the allergen) because somedays my reaction to the injection would be so bad that my throat would swell closed.

I did allergy injections for 2 1/2 years, and it was WORTHLESS. they try and keep you on them for 5 years. So I said to my allergist.

One of the worst experiences in my life..
