4 months training is not enough to establish strong connective tissue.
It's also not enough time to realize your max natural potential.

I would carry on solid year. For more that just connective tissue reasons. You need to make sure your capable of training / dieting / and keeping the lifestyle changes necessary to make it worth you doing a cycle.
I trained for years and years before considering a cycle.
You might even want to consider trying to reach your natural max before hitting a cycle and become a master of lifting and nutrition.
THEN thing about a cycle.

Yeah if you are eating all day long and cant put on weight you are eating the wrong things at the wrong time.
You need to read up on the diet section. If you have read it then read it again until you get it right. There is no way you can eat the right foods and not gain weight.
it takes years of consistent training and dieting to gain quality mass.
