Any good sports cream for sore shoulders?

I have had this shoulder pain for years and I am looking for something for pre-workout to put on left shoulder for chest and shoulder workouts.

I have used Tiger Balm, Ben Gay, Aspercream, Icy Hot, etc. Im looking for something that heats up the muscle/joints and kinda stays like this during my training.

Also, possibly something that has no odor......thanks in advance....

also a LOT of light stretching. Look up on youtube shoulder stretch and also somewhere here posted using a rope, broom handle or I use a stretch band. Works good, when i remember.

Really best thing I have found is stretching it a good 10 minutes + using cable.

Pops my dr has been prescribing a few different creams that have worked well they all have capsaicin in them. The first one was the best it was simply called hot rub and has a high percentage of capsaicin you MUST only use a small amount and you MUST WASH YOUR HANDS AT LEAST TWICE. Sorry for the caps but if you get it in your eyes it's very painful and if you put too much on you'll be sorry. I let a friend of mine try it and told him to be careful, so his wife put some on his back and kept putting it on rubbing his whole back and legs. He did not sleep at all that night and she got it in her eyes. The other one is called Flur mild and it has Flurbiprofen and capsaicin in a smaller percentage. It works well and has little smell, but doesn't get as hot as the hot rub. Both of these are compounded by NCL Pharmaceutical in Glendale,CA and their phone number is 877-655-0554 have your dr give them a call you have to have a script for these. My dr gave me a new one last week and it works good but it has that awful wintergreen pepto bismol smell that we all want to avoid. This one is called Medrox it is prescription as well but looks like you can get at any pharmacy. I have been meaning to call NCL just to see if they make the hot rub still. My dr said that the insurance companies did not want to pay for the hot rub so they blended with the Flurbiprofen. The drawback with the two compounded ones is that the shelf life is only a few months, still works after that but not as good.

My bro in law uses DSMO. He used to rub it all over his shoulder, when he told his orthopedist the dr. said just put a dab on where the pain is and he says it works well.

I use something called Calminex, it's from Brazil and is use in veterinarian medicine, like for horses, it works very well on all muscle groups. I also use lidocaine patches which work as well and can be used on all muscle groups but have a tendency to kind of unstick themselves when your working out so taping it down to somewhere like a shoulder vs lower forearm will prove more difficult. The Calminex is great. I keep a constant supply. In fact I just grabbed some out of the closet after reading your post for my lower back, not 100% recuperated from car accident yet and am back in the gym pushed it a little on that muscle group 2 days ago.
