Two day ago i've participated in a pre contest. I got second place and in about two weeks it's gonna be the finals.
The technique used was:
Three day before the contest i decreased the carbs intake from 200 grams/day to 40 grams/day.
6:00 pm on fryday (18 hours before the contest) i stopped the water intake.
I took diuretics 4:00 pm and midnight on friday and saturday 8:00 a.m.
My breakfest on saturday was 1/2 steak and 1/2 banana.
The junk meal on saturday (aproximately 4 hours before the contest) was pizza, no water and 1 cereal bar.
1 1/2 hour before the competition i got a carbogel + 600 grams of arginin + 600 grams of lisin plus 100 grams of cafeine (again no liquid intake)
Then the pre judje was 4:00 pm. Right after that i was completely tired and there was a 2/3 hour break until the show. I had a burger and coke can.
I'm not sure why, maybe it was the meal but two hours later i was much better than the pre judge. I was bigger and harder.
Do you guys think that the diet before the pre judge could be wrong?
Based on my picture what do you guys think i could do to improve to the finals?
I also need to get my legs ripped.
What can i use to do not lose weight and quality?
