    Doubts about competition!

    Hey guys,

    Two day ago i've participated in a pre contest. I got second place and in about two weeks it's gonna be the finals.
    The technique used was:

    Three day before the contest i decreased the carbs intake from 200 grams/day to 40 grams/day.
    6:00 pm on fryday (18 hours before the contest) i stopped the water intake.
    I took diuretics 4:00 pm and midnight on friday and saturday 8:00 a.m.
    My breakfest on saturday was 1/2 steak and 1/2 banana.
    The junk meal on saturday (aproximately 4 hours before the contest) was pizza, no water and 1 cereal bar.
    1 1/2 hour before the competition i got a carbogel + 600 grams of arginin + 600 grams of lisin plus 100 grams of cafeine (again no liquid intake)
    Then the pre judje was 4:00 pm. Right after that i was completely tired and there was a 2/3 hour break until the show. I had a burger and coke can.

    I'm not sure why, maybe it was the meal but two hours later i was much better than the pre judge. I was bigger and harder.
    Do you guys think that the diet before the pre judge could be wrong?

    Based on my picture what do you guys think i could do to improve to the finals?
    I also need to get my legs ripped.
    What can i use to do not lose weight and quality?

    You look lean in the pictures but are definately holding some water. I think you started your carb depletion a bit too late. Normally this would be done starting around 7 days out and ending 2-3 days out. I dont know what carbogel is and I am assuming the numbers you list after that are milligrams and not grams. Everyone is different, but in your case it looks as if you might have tried to fill up too late as well.

    Agreed on the carb depletion. And the carbogel is like a simple sugar gelatin base, thats actually used for Hypoglecemia patients when sugar is down low, its like pure dextrose!!

    Its also like the highest GLycemic index products you can buy at a whopping 103-110!!

    I'd focus on widening the chest and adding some thickness to your bis and calves.

    How about the cycle?
    Tell me what you think:

    Stanozolol: 1ml every 8 hours
    Thuesday: 1ml of testosterone
    From wednesday to the day of the contest: 1 dianabol per day.

    Thuesday. Is that suppose to be Tuesday or Thursday.....or did you invent a new day? What's the entire precontest cycle? I'm sure it's more than just that. 150mg of winny a day is more than I've ever heard of anyone taking.
