I'm on HRT and in between I usually run a cycle im thinking of some test+ deca but I have read about the dreaded deca dick being permanent in some guys? Would this still apply to someone on HRT after they come off the deca?

Shouldn't be a problem. Deca dick is usually the result of deca without adequate test.

Yep, with test you should be fine.
