12 month cycle? @ 250mg test e /wk

has anyone done a cycle at 250mg/ wk for 12 months?

iam thinking of it will be my 3rd cycle

will be on clen for the 12 months also as this will be a cutter.

reason for the test is to stop mucle loss and add a little mucle while cutting up to the fullest

coz when i done my 1st cutter cycle of test e for 12 weeks at 500mg /wk i lost alot of bf from 17% down to 12% then i done a 16/wk bulker sust and deca and put alot of fat on so now its time to cut and stay cut iam now 15% bf and i rate it will take me 12 months to get down to 8ish without loosing to much mucle...

To the OP..... it should not take you 12 months to cut up LOL..... maybe 3-4 for stage quality.... All around bad idea I say.....

Oh boy.....

Try eating cleaner when bulking..... eat even cleaner when cutting... and do cardio! It's not hard to lose 5% BF unless you are already 10%.....

If pct is "bang on" is diet "bang on" cuz you shouldnt lose a lot from test-e if you eat bang on and train bang on...

HCG durring cycle..... nolva/clomid PCT - shouldn't lose too much fi you're doing it right.

You need to research a bit more IMO..... It wouldn't hurt.....

my bulker was dirty my fault but even after the bulker i lost most of my gains....i gained like 30lbs then only kept 10 but alot of that was fat.

nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50
adex 25/25/25/25

= most gains lost



never ran hcg is that the missing thing i wonder as why iam loosing all my gains?

would i need to run hcg on a standard test e cycle??

Correct..... I eat quite a bit and can maintain 225lbs or so without being on cycle...... I'm currently trying to get to 250lbs but that aint comming naturally LOL

your body can only mantain a certain amount of muscle naturally. Unless you consider eating perfectly for the rest of your life stuffing down shite you dont wanna eat 8 times a day natural then its not gonna happen. Thats why people continue to use aas,, is very addicting psychologically.

kind of... when i start cycle as soon as start geting sore nip i add in some adex the rest of the way... my 1st cycle i added it in but stoped it at the start of pct and what a bad mistake as my nips started to get very sore then 2 weeks into pct a added it back in and then sore nips went away
