hey guys,
so in the last week or two i have been lifting less each week (every body parting), fatiguing sooner, and feeling tired.. i've also been farting up a storm
in my supplementation the only thing i am taking more of than recommended is vitamin e as it seems to keep my acne at bay. daily, 2000iu. i understand one should not dose more than 1,600 iu, and that the recommended amount is a lot lower than that, so please no flaming.
now.. with regards to treatment, i'd like to see what suggestions people have compared to what my doc said. how long till things "get back to normal" and what i should do to speed up the process? i stopped taking it entirely 2 days ago, but i'm hoping there's something else i can do.
my cycle is 250/250/300 test/mast/deca, i am on week 12 of a 20 week program and this is the last thing i need..
