    first cycle was it a waste of time

    Hello

    Just ran 12 weeks of test- e . i have had no side effects what's so ever this is my first cycle . i have increased strength and size but no bigger then when i bulked before and my strength hasn't gone up that much . should i go on with pct . is there anyway of finding out if my gear was good as i researched it alot and heard alot of good things about the supplier .

    what dose did you run?

    Did you have increased libido while on cycle?

    i ran 500mg per week in two separate injections . mondays and thursday . i ran dbol for the first 4 weeks and during those 4 weeks had an increased libido but after that it went back to normal . both the test-e and debol were from different suppliers

    not major increases in strength and size . yes i gained weight but i was eating a large quantity of food mostly clean and just started the fst-7 style workout as well .

    my start weight was about 90kg last time i bulked i got up to 103 and iam about that again so no major differences

    Yes, you will still want to run a PCT. Don't not run it just because you think you could have had bunk gear.

    pct is in place and ready to roll . i just moved gyms and a good friend can get me legit gear what alot of the guys use there . i dont know should i do the time on time off rule for next cycle if i believe this was bunk gear ?

    Yes thats a rule you will want to follow. Time on is time off.

    no acne and i have suffered bad in the past from it so was surprised
    bloat ocssicaonlly but since i swapped out nearly all shakes with whole food this seems to have gone .
    weight was 90kg about (103-105 goes up and down each day )
    28 year old been training about just over 5 years

    My first cycle I had no testicle attrophy nor any acne well very little acne. You should deffinitly been able to tell if your gear was legit though. I know I could notice the change in strength. Not too much in size but I was a lot heftier when I started my cycle too.

    i noticed strength gains while on the dbol in the first four weeks the same with the sex drive increase. once i stopped that strength and sex drive went back to normal .

    How many cycles have you run? What were they and what were the doses?

    -Never mind on this...... ^^^ "first cycle" slipped my mind when i posted.

    Im confused
    you gained 13 - 15 kg (what were you expecting to gain)
    what was your body fat before and after
