Hey people, i am now educating myself about anabolic's. Looking to do a cycle sometime.
Hear me out first, if your going to bash me make sure you know what your talking about.
About me---- I am 19y/o training for slightly over 2 years now(your prob thinking omg heres another ignorant teen looking for an easy way out).
Stats from 2007-2009. height 5'8
Bodyweight--125lbs-195lbs
Arms-12 inches-16.8 inches, legs 21.5-26 inches,chest 40-46inches.
Lifts--Dead lift 185lbs-405lbs---Bench press 105lbs-295lbs- weighted dips at 100lbs, chins at 45lbs etc
Supplements--Whey protein, Weight Gainer, Super pump 250, Glutamine,
Tribulus, Multi Vitamins, Waxi maize(carbs). Don't tell me go correct your diet and educate yourself about training etc( not trying to be arrogant) Because my daily routines are made from a nutritionist/personal trainer/ former npc competitior. My intake is over 4000 cal a day, 350g of protein--essential oils etc.
I am dead serious about being a junior competitor, and i think the danger in steroids is exaggerated. I don't drink, quit smoking weed and other things.
Should I be in the clubs popping X, getting drunk and high of the green at the same time every weekend like all the other guys my age I call friends? Or is that safer for my liver and over all health?
Honestly tho im looking just to get SERIOUS about bodybuilding, honestly whats worse for my health being a party animal or an animal in the gym. Just hear me out, im looking to do a mild cycle( still doing research and will be doing it for a couple of months ) and anavar looks the best for my goals ( little sides, strength gains/size 5-10lbs)PCT aswell . Oh and i won't be getting any taller, MRI been done and my growth plates are fused.
