well first off congrats on the new baby....you and her will most likely need different diets as in how much you eat due to your weights and energy expenditure......im no expert on diet so ill let the experts sort you out from here.........some good foods..oats, eggs, whole wheat past, brown rice, white/sweet potatoes, fish, EFAs, vegetables especially green leafy ones i.e brocolli, spinach, cabbage, asparagus....berries rasp/blue..apples.....try not to fry any food...try not to eat boxed food, fresh food is best....youll be better off putting up 2 seperate diet plans...one for you and one for your wife....mention your particular goals...stats..workout plans....and good luck.

look at what others have posted. If you don't workout, you will eat a lot less.
