I would have expected more people to have participated, but alas My legendary post whoring skills proved too much for these recent crop of members that cannot or will not participate in a good humored thread..

Oh well, to my prize..

I will expect a dissertation on the differences in the 3 different muscle types with specific regard to the mitochondria development and myofiberal development of each muscle type.. the potential for additional growth and the effects of different resistance training techniques used specifically to advance these 2 physical components..
