Get the following:
Bac Water
10ml (at least)Sterile Vials
Alcohol Pads
Syringe w/ needles
Is that what is in the kit? I have never seen a mixing kit before

where can i get the baceriostatic water, and should i use that in place of the solvent given to me?

The solvent should be Bac Water. Go visit AR-R.com and research a little there
