I'm 35, weigh 80kg which I think is close to 173 pounds, 174cm tall, I'm not sure what my body fat is.... I don't have too much fat on me other than around the tummy...
i would like to put on some solid muscle and tone up. I have been training on/off for bout 7 years.
just want to know what I could take to help achieve my goals. i.e type, how much, how long etc....
and can you explain what the terms blast, reloading, deloading mean?
There is so much info out here, it all gets very confusing....

don't need to think too much..if it's your first cycle, i would recommend you a first solid cycle somethin like this:
Week 1-12: Test E/C 400mg/w.
Week 1-6: Dbol 30-50mg ed.
