    need some advice plz i'm newbie

    hi everyone, I wanna ask you guy some question

    first is my information

    23 years old
    6'0
    weight 156.2 pound
    bodyfat 8-10 %
    training experience 1 year and 8 months training seriously

    i'm plan to cycle on may 2010 and I want some information here

    first i think to run 150mg of prop in first week and check it out if everythings fine. i'm gonna increase test prop to 200 and then 300 mg each week. is it too less for the cycle ? is it gonna work ? and should I stack dbol with test prop or for the first cycle test only ?

    You need to add more size before messing with your test levels.

    ok I'm trying to add some mass and size. before I lift the weight training, i'm a very skinny with 130 lbs. after I train hard and stick with meal I got more 27 lean mass. and for the may 2010 I will graduate and have more time, I thought to spend 3 months with the cycle and perfect meal. I'm a Asian guy so i have a small genetic. do you have some suggest to my idea ?

    Welcome to AR.

    Your body habitus right now is quite lean and you've taken appropriate steps in planning ahead. From what I gather, you don't plan on starting to cycle until May 2010 when you've graduated and you have more time to train, right?

    If that's the case - excellent!

    You say you've only be training 8 months seriously? Ot is that 1 year and 8months (=20 months) seriously?

    Hi mistermaster

    actually, I wanna train with natural until for next 4-6 months until I got 2 years experience and I wanna study more about AAS.

    Yes I wanna graduated first and then I have more time to train and eat with very stick and perfect in meal before I find some job.

    I mean 20 months with seriously training.

    In my training section i'm not trying to get more fat but I eat carb a lot, so I have some cardio 20/30 mins 2 times per week to stable body fat.

    from now i'm considering about the bulk cycle in may 2010 and I want some suggestion about the cycle. should I fix something in my training or diet in 4-6 months that i get natural before start cycle ? and test level that should I run though ? or I have to wait for the cycle ?

    any advice ?

    at 150 pounds 6 feet, you're body probably just started using all of the muscles tissues which you weren't using at 136 pounds.

    you're diet probably needs working before you take steroids, considering 150 pounds is really really lean for 6 feet.

    I was sameway, 140-145 pounds 6 feet, at 18, at 19 years old i got to 160, and it took me about 3 years of hard work and now im close to 190 pounds natty,

    and you're body still has alot to go through till you can do steroids imo, you'll probably get injuries from lifting.

    id think it would be a good idea if you gave youself another 2yrs natural and a sound diet, aas now will lead to disappointment and/or physical probs. go for a good plan alternating strength and building

    thanks all of advice, but the trust is I can gain just 1.5lbs with the lean mass ( natural ) for 1 month, for how long should I come with cycle ?

    Then u need to focus on your diet mate, forget cycling for around 5 years maybe, then u can start looking into that..
