    I would not consider anything except for encrypted email to be secure. And even then unless you are holding your own PGP key then it is not truly secure...

    I would care I think because I dont know admin and all though I presume hes a cool enough guy the fact is I just don't know him personally so why would anyone welcome a stranger to read your "private" mail?

    Not sure I agree with a lot of people here. I do talk about things that are simply noones business on pm so I would hope if they had that power they only used it when appropriate (legal matters and what not). Otherwise its really noones business what I talk about in pm.
    As far as it being "wrong" no, "weird" or "invasive" I think properly so. As far as Anthony Roberts goes, I could give 2 fvcks.

    It is called private message for a reason you are correct... and that is the reason I have no access to them.... I will say that I have been told there is a hack that can be installed to read pms if you want but have been told that it is not secure and makes you liable as admin or owner to legal issues... which I want no part of so I think we will leave it like it is... Note when several busts went down in recent times several board names were mentioned a warrants for board informations were issued to have access to the server to obtain information such as pms... if it was as easy as asking the admin I do not think they would have gone through so much trouble... just my opinion however...

    Besides that who cares what you guys talk about to each other... I have enough email and pms to keep me busy all on my own lol...

    BTW... if I could read them don't you think more people would be banned and alot faster for the things that they do against the rules lol think how long some are here sourcing and such before someone pms me to let me know and I wait and watch to see if it is true... lol

    I'm going to disagree with you here. You are essentially on private property, and thus some otherwise normal civil liberties do not apply. For instance, when entering private property you can be subject to search at anytime if the property owner sets that as a rule for their property. You therefore have no expectation of privacy while using this board since it is privately owned and paid for, and the owner has no duty to protect your privacy.
