OK, I've been out of weight lifting and working out for about 2 years and it's time to get back into shape. I use to work at a gym and stay active but during these past 2 years Burger King, Sonic, and another fast food restaurant has taken over my life. I'm going to be posting pics for the next few months with my comeback results. My mind is set on a goal and I want to achieve it by summer time. My goal is to get my muscle mass back but most of all drop this gross s*** off of my body.
