    It's been a long time...

    OK, I've been out of weight lifting and working out for about 2 years and it's time to get back into shape. I use to work at a gym and stay active but during these past 2 years Burger King, Sonic, and another fast food restaurant has taken over my life. I'm going to be posting pics for the next few months with my comeback results. My mind is set on a goal and I want to achieve it by summer time. My goal is to get my muscle mass back but most of all drop this gross s*** off of my body.

    Start hitting the cardio and get that diet worked out. I would stay away from aas until you get your bf down.

    Yea, I will not be using anytime soon. Just a waste of money with the fat % being so high. Stay posted...

    STARTING DAY 12/1/09

    1 hour of hard cardio. I realized today how out of shape my lungs are and how tempting it is to eat nothing but junk (Don't worry it didn't give in)! My starting weight is 234.

    Just to give an update my weight is down 4 LBS but it's probably water weight. I've been hitting it hard and I will update weekly pics later....

    Anyone care to post a diet plan? I've basically been eating 6 times a day with chicken, tuna, shakes, peanut butter, almonds, and lots of water.
