How do customs letters come?

There was a pink piece of paper on the back of my recent package, very small order.

I can't read a thing on it.

I don't think it's a customs letter, but not sure. It's from MOLDOVA and says "DECLARATION EN DOUNANE".

I think it's what they paid for shipping because it's got Fais de port/Frais 1.80 which I'm assuming is what it cost to ship it?

I've never received a customs letter that I know of, but have yet to receive an order with a piece of paper folded and tapped on the back too though.

If they opened it, they took out t-bol and nova, but left the test-e that were in the satches.

If they open a package, take out 2 or 3 things though...do they just tape a letter on the package and continue shipping it?

Or do they send you a package in English?

I guess if it was a "USA" customs letter though.....it would probably be in English.....dar. I'm an idiot.

Oh, what's the longest anyone has waited on a customs letter btw?

I had a package shipped on dec 20, 2008. got 2 of 3 packages, but the main package never came, yet to receive anything from customs either.

If for some reason these all show up eventually, i'm going to have 3 years supply of tbol and nova.

The customs letter have "US Customs and Border Protection" in return address of envelope. Letter will be addressed to you. It will declare that Customs intercepted your order and you can claim it if you are crazy enough to. What i discovered is you must have an import license...i am under a Dr's care for HRT and could get coincidentally, the Moldova product for 20% of the non-insured american price....5 for the price of one. My intercepted order was "destroyed in accordance with 41 CFR 102-36"

Customs will NOT do this. If the package contained prohibited materials the entire package will be seized. A common tactic some years ago was for sources to fake customs seizure letters in other language, or from foreign countries, and essentially selectively scam people. So you should push for a re-ship of the Tbol and Nolva, otherwise it sounds like the source shorted you and is jerking your chain with this pink letter on the back.

So that might explain why their "policy" of reshipping orders seized by customs is just a run-around. They insisted on digital pictures of the letter and envelope...did it...no response...follow up emails were not answered....Did the whole process over again and NADA. The thought had crossed my mind that i got scammed but of course we can not mention anyone or any outfit by name so it is difficult to tell.
