    How much would a 13 stone guy need plus calories?

    Yes you did that correct,although i think that 360 grams of protein is going to be way too much for you!

    Whats your bf? There are many variables that have to be taken into consideration. You cant just take in 400 grams of protein and get swole! You may get fat!!!!

    Just measured bf with fat calipers and keep getting from 21-25%

    Your BMR: 1725 Calories.Estimated TDEE: 2674 Calories.Estimated Daily Caloric Need For Weight Loss: 2174 So you understand by intaking 1440 calories of protein that obnly allows 734 to be shared by fat and carbs!Like i stated previously i think your protein is too high!

    1.5x bodyweight is plenty, unless you're on gear or on a strict low-carb diet
