goals: to gain as much muscle possible before starting a cutting cycle
using the harris benedict formula to maintain weight i need 2650 roughly kcals a day
i received advice to to a 50/30/20 ratio of carbs/protein/fats
i want to see if you guys agree on these macros
also need to know how many cals i should intake with my goal in mind
