    Please help!

I need help for a friend that is a minor league baeball player for Boston and I need to gain 20 pounds in about a month in a half. I train everyday with our trainer 10-2pm that includes cardio. I need to know how many cal prot carbs fat to eat to gain 20. I can't take any suppliments anymore bc we get tested all the time! I am 22 6'1 205 lbs. Please let me know what I should be consuming. I really appreciate it. Thx

Based on the fact that your friend is involved with Boston baseball, I cannot help you by default.... i.e. GO YANKEES!

Kidding bro, but i'm sure there are people here who can help you out. Good luck.

    honestly

You are a big liar..... I played ball and no one on the filed needs to be 225! Lets be honest if your friend? needed to gain 20 pounds the trainers would get him where he needed to be. I bet a few guys in the clubhouse could give him the magic potion that everyone uses to get him where he wants.

Otherwise your friend is probably SOL at this point to gain 20 pounds. Even on AAS i do not think he would gain that much weight unless it is water and fat.
Tell your friend to refine his skills and eat a good diet that will make him shred up and look like he is in top physical condition. Good luck to your friend but, like I said, he is probably fine going in at 200 in great shape!

wouldnt it b better to way 205 than 225 with an extra 18 lbs of fat---the trainer would know better than to ask someone to gain 20lbs in 45 days
