Still have back acne 10 weeks post cycle

I'm due to start another cycle soon, but my concern is I still have bad acne on my back and rear shoulders from my last cycle!

I've never had it stick around this long. Cycle was:

week 1-12 750mgs Prop/week
Week 1-12 750mgs Mast P/Week
Week 1-4 60mgs Tbol/day
Week 4-8 80mgs Tbol/day
Week 10-14 500 IUs HCG every 3rd day
Week 12-16 20mgs Clomid daily


I had the back acne through the last 5 weeks or so of the cycle and it stuck it right out. I had enough Ac****ane to run for 20some days and it helped but came right back.

Sex drive is solid, no gyno signs, no signs of elevated estrogen at all.

Ideas? Causes?

I have never had it stick around that long the most for me was 7 weeks. how often were you injecting the test. I noticed best results as far as fewer sides ( acne) when I inject long ester test 3 times a week. Even going from 2x ew to 3x ew was a huge difference for me.

I was injecting ED but some times it was EOD if I had company over.

It faded away slowly over a couple months.

Buy Zap Zyt (Benzoyl Peroxide) and start rubbing it on your back in the morning and before bed.

Maybe start taking vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) now..... this way it'll be in you and working before you start your next cycle.....

Now you know it's not a good idea to change the dosing frequency. Accutane worked why not try again? I use an antibiotic called doxycicline which got rid of it in the past. Also as suggested above b5 and wash your back with benzoil peroxide product.

I've increased shower frequency to 2 times a day and use a body wash to help with acne. I just started high doses of vit A and b5 to try and help.

I wash my sheets twice a week to make sure I'm not sleeping in filth then.

I'll run more accutane, but it has to be purchased with the rest of my supps. I'd like to avoid running it on cycle because of the harshness of the accutane.

But I was using all short esters.....how can my test still be high enough to cause this 10 weeks later!

your test doesn't have to be high..... it could just be your hormone levels changing..... whether increasing or decreasing. Definately buy "ZapZyt" at rite ade bro..... im telling you..... it works. I get terrible acne and it definately helps me.....

Here's a concern i have, maybe you all have some insight... I've never gone on a cycle, but am planning to when i'm comfortable with the amount of knowledge i get from my research... BUT... when i was a teen, i had sever back and shoulder acne... i still have some slight scars from the years of trying to let it grow out... i eventually had to take a highly potent prescribed drug that dried me right out and got rid of the problem like magic.

Can i expect that i will be surely afflicted by a return of my own acne if i go on a cycle? im guessing the chances are extremely high.

i also had gyno and got surgery for it when i was 23. Anyone in the same boat?

That cycle is really nice.. I personally would just go 80mg of T-bol ED for the 8 weeks rather then the 60/80 split; but whatever floats your boat! lol.

Otherwise, PCT is drastically sub-par. your clomid dosage is very low. and you should incorporate the use of another SERM to aid in HPTA recovery. Tore or tamoxifen would do the trick..

Clomid = 100/50/50/25mg ED
Nolvadex = 40/40/20/20mg ED (weekly dosages...)
